I decided to get a Frosty foe my drive. I went down a path I shouldn't've, and ended up completely stuck in bit of a swamp. 911 sent me Billy Lemaster but I really thought my car wasn't coming out. Well, Billy saved me from the muck around 11pm, in the pouring rain and dark. He was extremely nice and helpful. He didn't treat me like the idiot I am, and he even let me hug him. 10/10. Oh, the frosty melted before I could get to it.

We decided to come South back through eastern Kentucky back through Johnson City Tn. and back home to North Alabama. All at once all the gauges died on our truck and about 2 miles and we are sitting on the side of a road just outside of a town called Louisa, and I didn't even know what highway it was without looking on GPS and I google a towing service and I was blessed that Billy's number was the first one came up. I called him on Sunday afternoon about 1230- 1:00 pm and told him I needed a to get to an auto parts store to purchase a battery so we could get on our way. All the time thinking that I had a bad alternator. Instead of him taking advantage of an old man stranded and towing me as I ask, he offered to bring me a battery. He was there in about 30 minutes. After that he checked my alternator and yes it was not charging. He followed me to Auto Zone with the new battery in and when we got there told me that he was going to put me on an alternator. His brother came and helped with the installation of the alternator and they had me back on the road in less than an hour. Instead of taking advantage of me, they were only going to charge me $70.00 to come bring me a battery, get me off the side of the road, install and alternator and on top of that took the new battery back and put my old battery back in because there was nothing wrong with it. How blessed I was that God worked it out so I called Billy. Just reinforced what I already knew, that there are good people left in the world. Thank you Billy for your kindness and your help and tell your brother thank you too. You fella's were the best.

these people are crooked. These people are liars and they have no business touching anyone's…read morevehicle. I first moved to Louisa. I took my truck there for an alignment brand new tires. I went to Ohio and back. My front tires were completely wore down, which caused my wheel bearings to overheat. They would not do anything about it. A week later, I give them another chance with my Toyota I take them a wheel bearing to have pressed out and and they did not put the spacers back in on announced to me. They said I was good to go. I reinstalled the part. It was a complete mess messed everything up tried to get them to fix it and they insisted on fist fighting me and said I was the one trying to rob them.

This repair shop does decent work. I've taken many of my vehicles here the past few years and…read moreeverytime they get it done within a reasonable time. It has went through a lot of management changes in the last couple years. However it has always done good work. My only complaint was when they mounted and balanced a set of tires and forgot to put the center caps back in. Didn't notice until days later and by then they were gone for good. Also, they can seem a bit unprofessional, however, don't judge a book by its cover. They get the job done.
