Bad experience. Had an infected tooth for months that the dentist refused to acknowledge. He would…read morenot prescribe anything for infection, his only solution was extraction. I finally let him pull it, he threw it in the tray and walked away. The assistant picked it up and showed me the infection on the roots. I knew it was infected because the pain would go down when I took antibiotics for other conditions. I found a new dentist after that. They did a lot of repair work that had been neglected by the prior dentist. I've had a couple years of no dental pain after leaving this dentist.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Corey Farber's dental practice here, but I'll try…read more.. His work has been excellent, starting with the least painful injections that I've ever had. He was able to save teeth that I thought were going to have to be pulled due to the poor work of a prior dentist (with only one needing a crown), and all the teeth he's worked on feel as though they've never needed a filling. If you dread getting the cleanings because of a combination of sensitive teeth and hygienists who seem sadistic, make sure you ask for Kim. She's willing to take the time to clean manually (sans sonic torture device), but very thoroughly. Even the office staff is so friendly and helpful that I've accidentally smiled while paying a bill! This place has good ratings for all the right reasons; if you're browsing reviews to choose your next dentist like I was, this is the one.

DON"T CONSIDER THIS PLACE!!!!!! BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!! THEY HURT CLIENTS ON PURPOSE!!!…read more I was scheduled to get my top teeth pulled on my birthday. The moment i got there, the guy tried to convince me to re-schedule for some reason. When i didn't want to, he got upset and took it out on my mouth. He was extremely rough on purpose! I bled out so bad! He was very rude while i was asking him why was he being so rough! Then once he was finished, he went int he back room and was yelling at his wife very loudly, very unprofessional! They told me my mouth will be swollen for a couple of weeks. My mouth and whole face stayed swollen for 2 months!! Then they over charged me for things i didn't get.

I understand it gets busy but I was the first patient in the building that day so didn't make sense. The Dr. was quite pleasant when I got the chance to talk to him but I ultimately decided I wanted to try a different practice. Today 10/11 I called for my 360 radiograph to been sent over to the new oral surgeon's office since they didn't send it when I called 2 weeks ago. They let me know that there were no records of my call (not sure why it wasn't documented) but they assured me that they would send it over right away since my appointment was coming up within the hour. 2 hours later as I'm sitting at my appointment they said their manager had to leave on an emergency basis but would be back within 10 minutes. I called once that 10 minutes passed and they put me on hold. I got disconnected twice and waited a total of 7 minutes. Radiographs were not sent and I had to pay to get new ones. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. Please teach your receptionist proper phone etiquette and maybe pick some that have a better bed side manner. They make the first and very last impression of a practice.

My wife went there today and was asked to wear a mask. She explained to the lady that she has asthma and cannot wear a mask. My wife sat down, but suddenly another employee came from the back and told her that if she wanted to wear a mask, she had to wait in the hallway. My wife ended up telling them that if that's how they wanted to treat people, she was leaving and would not give them her business. I don't understand why the hell they still require their patients to wear a mask. I haven't been to any place in the last few months that requires wearing a mask. We are definitely never going back to this office.
