Mike's bid was in the middle of the three for cost, and by far the most detailed. The reasons we chose Mike were many. First Mike was exceeding patient in answering all of our questions, and explaining the plusses and minuses of each choice. Secondly, Mike had samples of all of the materials in his shop. The other bidders told us to go to different places to look at the samples for flooring, countertops, etc. Third, he readily worked with us as we struggled to make some of the decisions. However, the best thing about Dreamworks was that the crew that showed up day one stayed on our our project through completion. Ricardo, Nixon, Francisco, and Liz were complete professionals. Manny, the electrician was on site when needed. I don't remember the name of the guy who did the flooring, but he did a great job. The crew made sure everything was perfect and cleaned up each day before they left, and they were so nice to deal with. We could not be happier with the competed project.

They…read morewere not perfect, but when something went awry, Mike was 'Johnny on the spot' to get it resolved. Mike made several suggestions which turned out to be very good. One of them was regarding the original round drain we had selected for the shower. Mike said to us, "With the quality of materials you guys are using, you need an up to date 'state of the art' drain for the shower" and nixed the old-style round drain. He installed a rectangular drain with tile inset and It turned out to be a great suggestion and we love everything about it! The subs he used were by and large on time and did a nice meticulous job, cleaning up the job-site almost every night before they left. There were minimal overruns and several of them were changes we made that resulted in extra work. We are very please how it turned out and continue to get amazing compliments from friends and family.

Custom kitchen and bathrooms built by Domus themselves. The builders used high quality materials, finishes, appliances inside and out. Making sure to think about future construction possibilities such as underground electric wiring already prepped and ready for future exterior lighting connections, poolside bathroom for possible pool, cable and outlets on upper wall so no hanging tv cords, etc. Garage came equipped and ready to go for a fridge. They tucked the AC unit above the garage completely to ensure the most space efficient garage. Tankless water heater to also conserve garage space. They programed a smart light switch in the garage for possibility of scheduling exterior lighting based on the owners wants and needs. Wifi, irrigation, and AC are all smart devices able to connect to your phone so you can monitor and program while away. These are only a few features that set this property apart from others I looked at. I can't possibly list out all features and finishes in a review. Nothing about this build was cheapskated. Also, after close David and his father supplied me with extra materials and supplies needed for ac filter replacements and water purifying upkeep. This was a kind gesture that I appreciated so much. This is my first property and he made sure to walk me through every feature of the home and inform me of all maintenance information I will need to know for the future.
