My other issue was chronic muscle spasticity which was due to past surgeries and other issues that are better suited for Erin's modality of therapy. This type of therapy nothing like the deep tissue massages or myofascial work I was used to. In fact, I couldn't discern what Erin was even doing since this is a light touch therapy. I mentioned how I wasn't sure if I could I would have to figure a babysitter out and then make an appointment. He said bring them. You'll be in and out and I would rather take care of your back and get you up and running again then to have you miss an appointment.
