They did not tell me everything I needed to complete processing of loan until I had run all over trying to get what I thought was needed. Big waste of my time and gas. If you have the credit go through your bank. They would be more upfront with you than this rinky dink operation. read more

My family and I have used 2 locations and the service was always fast and friendly with Jade and Charmaine at your service. However my one problem is that the locations need to be able to accept phone in payments. I am not always able to come into the office at anytime. I have to go to work before they open so I always have to mad dash in the evening and fight traffic just to get there, just before they close. Please do your best to get phone in card payments available for your customers. read more

went into this location this morning and the lady didn't greet me or anything. I handed her a check…read moreshe asked me what was if for? I said for me... I completely understood her question but ma'am that's NOT your business. I let her run it and give it back because I felt so embarrassed she treated me like a scammer. baby your job is to validate the check and cash it. I went to wal mart they cashed it without asking me any personal questions besides my identification. like seriously i'll never return. Btw she look like she'll at the place up to be robbed!!!

This loan program is so very awsome and fair. I wanted extra cash on hand due to hurricane Florance, and they lent me the money. The payback is soft and user friendly. Also helps your credit score. Super bonus the staff are awsome cool people. read more
