I bank with palmetto citizens…read moreand my Branch is on Garners ferry rd the one I always go to, well an occurrence happened and I needed to go to this branch in atrium way all I needed was 1 blank check and pulled up one minute before they closed and the lady at the window refused to help me. I didn't get her name becuz I was so irritated at the lack of compassion and of someone who works in customer service. I work in customer service and go above and beyond for my customers and this lady was absolutely rude and refused to help me with one simple task that she could of completed in the time it took me to explain to her what I needed. Do not ever go to this branch. Palmetto citizens is a nice bank to bank with with but I will never in my life go back to that branch they need to learn how to treat their customers.

She was literally telling me when I was allowed to speak... because I apparently needed her permission. This Credit Union refuses to accept my payment from an external institution UNLESS I fill out a form, that I had to wait for them to send in the mail, fill out with MY bank information so that I can pay my auto loan. They don't allow external bank payments on the app, on the phone or online.... it's the 21st Century!! Are you serious!?!?! I am currently working with financial at the dealership to re- finance my vehicle because, these jerks will NOT get a dollar from me.
