We enjoyed most of it but basic things such as soy and pickled ginger was not provided. We had to ask for it several times. No dipping bowels provided either, again we had to ask for these .. several times. Given that we had spent a considerable amount of money here one would expect the basics to be done right. Not asking too much I think. Basically, this place has gained a popular reputation and the waitstaff treated us as if they were doing us a favour or something.
