They're always so helpful and nice. Also very quick in the pharmacy. Everyone from pharmacy is so helpful and friendly when you need help with any and all medication needs. Also the front end employees have such a great temperament and extremely helpful with helping me find everything that I needed. I'll be going back there always! I don't know where they find the pharmacy staff, but the Germans would have loved this rabble for their camps in the 40's. Surly, rude and just downright unpleasant. I should be more specific. The professional staff - the trained pharmacists - are OK.. It's the customer service stiffs that rate the abuse. Never smile. Never a pleasant word. Worse, I waited 3 weeks for a common prescription and only after I showed up and started asking questions did they tell me that 'Oh, your prescription was dated and we could not fill it'... I was allowed to request it on line and was given no automatic warning. No emails........ No phone calls........ Oh, Wait... YES! I did get emails.... How could I have forgotten??... Big sale on Oreos... That's the emails I get while waiting for a prescription that was never to arrive. Go elsewhere if you can........ read more

They don't even deserve one star the worst customer service experience I've ever seen in my life! To tell me to come back 20 mins for them to not have anything yet or even able to do anything so thanks for wasting 40 mins of my day to not even count my wait in the line! read more

It's absolutely ridiculous what you guys put your paying customers through. A lady that lives right around the corner from your Peru, NY store always has an issue you can't seem to solve. Having her meds is life or death and either you can't deliver or you say her card that works everywhere else doesn't work. It makes no sense to tell someone their card doesn't work when it works everywhere else. When she calls to try to get it figured out the lady she talks to on the phone is very rude with her and basically treats her like she's an idiot. This is absolutely unacceptable! You still haven't fixed the situation because she's not the only one who has complained about poor service and lack of getting her meds on time. read more

Terrible service, takes much longer than normal to fill a prescription. Went to pick it up and was told it wasn't ready x3 so I went back an hour later. It still wasn't ready and all I got was attitude about them not doing there job. Will never return to this Kinney's and I strongly believe that other people should use a different pharmacy. read more

Seems fine. Got everything I needed by looking. Not really anything to say about the staff but some don't seem to know where certain things are so you may be looking through the store solo. Other than that, the pharmacy seems fine and everything is clean in the place. Service is quick for the most part as well, but the patrons are very very slow. read more
