Alexei was super communicative, arrived right now time and got to work immediately. We ran into a small issue around the width of the door being about 1/2" too wide and walked through some options. He took his time and even made sure that the doors were more secure than they were previously by adding some longer screws. No details whatsoever. I had him install some closet wire shelving in February of this year, and it…read morealready came down. There was barely anything on it. It was installed incorrectly. Not one stud was used on the lower attachments, and the holes he drilled were larger than the anchors he used on the upper attachment. What's more surprising is that he didn't use any anchors for the bottom part of the brackets. He screwed straight into the drywall, which is a no-no. I had to take the other shelving unit down because only one anchor was actually put in right and there were no anchors on the lower section. Had he just used a stud finder, he could have had 4 brackets completely in the studs on each wall. I attempted to contact him by text on September 16th, and he replied with a gibberish message that didn't make much sense and hasn't gotten back to me. I would not use him.
