I just picked my cat Leo up from this wonderful cattery. I was a bit nervous about leaving him for a whole two weeks as he is quite a shy cat and he gets quite nervous around new people. The booking itself was easy, they have a great online booking system. All the communication was quick and really helpful. They are really flexible and accommodating with drop off and pick up times and they are super organised. As soon as I dropped him off I could see they really know their stuff. You can also tell that they genuinely care and love cats, which is so important. Leo came home healthy and happy and I will definitely be using this cattery again. I would highly recommend. Don't go there. Only boarded my cat there because our regular cattery and others we have used were fully booked. I have never in my life had to clean my cat and cat transporter as soon as I have got home after picking up my cat. Totally useless place, shouldn't be allowed to look after peoples pets. In fact I need to find out whether catteries need to be licensed. Absolute disgrace. read more
