I like the convenience of taking my car through a car wash. After a while I was noticing micro…read morescratches on my windshield. We had to get a new windshield due to a rock hitting it. I was amazed at how clear the vision was. After a few months of taking my car to the car wash, the windshield showed the micro scratches and the vision is not as clear. This carwash was the cause of these micro scratches. Since I had a membership I didn't use any other carwash. I cancelled my membership.

They were incredibly nice, tried to help us hook up with a couple different, more local companies so that things would happen faster (turned it there was a nearby wreck so pretty much everyone that could help was already tied up, not their fault). Then when it was clear we were going to have to wait well past midnight they went out of their way to find us a ride up to the motel 8 (it was within walking distance but we have two very young children and an elderly person with us that was incapable of walking that far). I have rarely had people be so nice and welcoming, much less from strangers. On top of that the store was pristine as were the bathrooms. I know that, from now on, if we're near Dandridge, whether we need to or not, we're stopping at this Weigel's. Yes, I wrote this on Google reviews first then just copy/pasted it.
