They had the carpet cleaner come back to try and remove them, when that didn't work the carpet was replaced. I also received a new fridge upon move in. I'm happy that I chose this property and enjoy chatting with Victor and Chantara their office staff. The people in this building also like to chat you up which I like as well.

This was a high end loft, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It must have been nearly 2000 sqft, has super high ceilings, exposed brick walls, granite counters and more. It was an incredible space, and an amazing value. I've also stayed in the Hallmark building, which was quite nice as well. Obasa has a great model. focused on efficiency. There's no front desk. You get your keys and parking pass from a code lock box in the entrance. Nobody comes in to clean your room until you leave. In exchange for that efficiency, you get to stay in a very nice condo unit, with a full kitchen, outfitted with all the amenities (cups, pots, washer/dryer, even a strainer). It's awesome to have all that if you're going to be away for a while.

They did not deny it; they didn't react at all. It was like talking to the Stepford Property Managers. I couldn't identify the stench right away but then I realized what it was: the result of extreme hoarding or house pets defecating in the apartment combined with the harsh chemicals they used to try to get rid of the stench.

During all the time I had two problems, one with leaking water in bathroom , it was fixed in the same day. The other problem was the absence of ventilation in the gym, and it was also fixed. The building has a very good quality. Taking into account that in Saskatoon most of buildings are made of wood and doors have a 10 cm gap from the floor (not in Marquis tower!). When I was living on the Main street (Saskatoon) (In the old renovated building) I was always hearing all the people around, everyone was extremely stinky, and the building had no ventilation (like 99 percent of houses in Saskatoon), So you always smell your neighbours. The other thing that is VERY important that Marquis tower is in the center of the city! YOu can sleep with an opened window here! (which is very important for your health). The most part of Saskatoon is a private sector, and if you open a window in the night time you may be woken up because your room stinks like hell, because some rednecks near by burn wood in their fireplaces (in 3 a.m for example), and all the smoke goes into your window!! you have a headache all the next day after that. So most houses of saskatoon do not have any ventilation (But Marquis tower HAS!!!) and in other part of the city people burn wood a lot, so the air is often stinky toxic, it narrows down your mind, it's awful !!!. Marquis tower is far from all the private houses. I also noticed (like in the comment beneath) that carpets become dirty in the evening. BUT I see every morning that everything is cleaned pretty well !!. So, it's more about the general quality of people, as the cleaning is done every morning (mon-fri). In general I am happy living here. The management (Natalie) and everything is great.

Elite Property Management in Saskatoon is horrible! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Whether you are a tenant…read moreor a property owner I would suggest you avoid Elite. They were managing a house for me, and it took them 46 days to return the keys for the property after I terminated my contract with them. They were holding my $500 deposit, and part of it finally arrived in my bank account on the same day the keys arrived (46 days). The final statement for my account was included in the same envelope as the keys. To add insult to injury, Elite added 2 additional months of management fees to my bill after I terminated my contract with them. They took it out of my deposit before returning what was left of my deposit. I objected to that, but they wouldn't budge. Besides their scandalous lack of professionalism during the wind down there were many other issues as well which helped me decide to end the relationship. There was a 5 day period leading up a tenant's departure when they were unresponsive to my calls and voicemails. I received an explanation from them that my property manager was on vacation during that time. WHO DOES THAT? How can you simply stop providing service while one employee goes on vacation. A tenant changeover is a critical time for a property owner, and that experience was very distressing for me. Typically Elite was very bad about follow up and attention to details. For example, I had asked them to take a look at my roof on one of their routine inspections of the property to give me an opinion on when the roof would need replacement, and that request was completely forgotten about. All of my tenants that had any experience with Elite's management were disappointed. Their complaints included descriptions of their staff such as abusive and unprofessional. The tenants also were frustrated by a lack of attention to details and follow up. Do yourself a favor, and pass on Elite Property Management.

They think after living somewhere for several years that we should pay to paint the walls. They weren't even managing the place in the beginning, they took over years after. They didn't even know what the place looked like before. They were asked to replace a few things, never showed up. You people should close your doors, you don't know how to run a company.
