Mitch was able to get one of his guys over the day I called and they were able to replace the insulated vent that had frozen and broken that afternoon. Called and got a general quote back in March. Reached out in April to see when we could measure and…read morehave concrete installed. Came to my home to do a quote and measure first week in May. Discussed what we wanted to proceed with as our quote was for more and asked for measurements to be redone as they were incorrect. I received a text back that said "how much cash do you have so I can see how much I can help you out" I have sent 2 emails, countless texts and phone calls and even had my husband call with no responses regarding measurements or installation. I even stated if he was too busy to let me know so I could go elsewhere. Very unreliable and borderline inappropriate.

We recently learned that we had a broken drain pipe inside the walls of our 140-year-old house…read more Devastated and unsure how this would play out, we contacted Spare Husband. Mark showed up when we were told he would be there, and he did fantastic work. In addition to taking care of the broken pipe, he completed other repairs around our home. In all his work, he was fast, efficient, incredibly clean, and terrifically creative. We are 100% satisfied and we would not hesitate to contact Spare Husband in the future if we need further repairs.

Project for 2 egress windows was to start end of April to early May. Didn't start until June…read more On July 8th I asked them to not come back to my property. Window 1: the well is not centered. The window is not squared in place. Window 2: the well is not secured to the foundation. There are chunks of foundation missing on the inside. And I don't trust that there aren't chunks of foundation missing where the window is placed and I can't see. Windows are placed at different heights from each other. Negligent in the fact that they didn't cover vents or seal off bedrooms while cutting cement. Our ducts and hvac system are full of concrete dust. They did deduct the air duct cleaning from our final price. I should have demanded they cover more of the damage they caused. Dead grass in 3 large patches of my lawn from dirt sitting there for an extended period of time. Chipped and broken siding. No leveling or grading of the ground around the window wells. At the end of the day, if you want to schedule a project and have the project done in a timely fashion, don't hire them. If you don't care about the time frame, still don't hire them. They can't even measure or square up a window.

We are so happy that we chose Hovet Roofing to replace the roof on my mom's house! Sue and Dan…read morewere really responsive from my first inquiry, and came out for an estimate the next day, including a recommendation to change the type of material on a low-slope roof. Mom had been dealing with a leak and they understood our desire to get the work done quickly. They had a crew there as soon as weather allowed, and kept us informed throughout the project. The work was done right, and they were reasonably priced and did not sell us anything we didn't need. They were also very conscientious of clean-up and left the worksite better than they found it. The end result is beautiful -- this "must do" project resulted in a really nice cosmetic upgrade, too. We would absolutely recommend them for roofing needs!

Five stars I can't say enough good things about these guys…read more They do my parents' snow removal and a few weeks ago, my father had a stroke and was hospitalized. We had to make the home they've lived in the past 57 years more safe. Chris Grochow, the owner, called to check on my parents and within 24 hours we were replacing the upstairs bath with a walk-in shower and moving the laundry from the basement to the main floor. Seriously, who does this? The level of professionalism and care was above and beyond the norm. Barry Romo, Brad Schmidt, Chris -- they made my folks feel comfortable and well taken care of. The subcontractors were also great. Everyone involved worked in unison and they were so clean, concise, accommodating -- I would recommend Executive Properties 10 out of 10 times. They connect with clients. What a gift.

I then decided to try another company and found a great one. I explained that I needed a tree looked at to determine if it should be cut down - it had split and was hoping to save it if possible. John was very responsive and looked at the tree that same week and determined it needed to be taken down, he also suggested that several branches needed trimming, which we agreed and decided to have done as well. He kept me up to date on when he could get the work done and did a fantastic job and left the yard very clean. He was extremely nice and you could tell he cared about my business by his very attentive communications despite being busy because of the recent storm. I would highly recommend Boe's Tree Care!

After a week I called again to check on status he said we were on the list and he would get back to me. Communication was horrible and would like to know they are too busy as opposed to not returning calls. Would not recommend.
