I got a car that was far superior to the one I booked. Almost new. Quick look over to check for any blemishes, of which there were none. We were off within 30 minutes of arrival. On return the car was checked and that was it. Perfect. No complaints. Good price in comparison to other sites. I'll use them again. The only one drawback, if it is??? The office is across the main road from the airport and could be a hassle if you have cases. Other hire companies are within the airport building.

I arrived two and 1/2 hours late (long story) to pick up my car. Of course the car I reserved was…read moregone, but they did everything they could to get me a car for my 10 days traveling. Granted it was twice of what the online brocker had quoted, but not their fault! I really needed a car They was very helpful, patient and explained all of the information I needed and sent me on my way to drive for the first time on the "wrong side of the road through the country side and beyond. When I returned the car 9 days later, they graciously gave me a lift to my Airbnb 3 miles down the road! I would absolutely go back and pick up a car here on my next visit to Northern Ireland! Man I wish I read the reviews ahead of time before renting from sixt. They don't cover road side…read moreassistance (at least in Ireland... Not sure about uk) So in the case of your car getting a flat or a bumper to bumper where you are unable to drive, they let you pay for the fee for rescue. Rent from someone else who offers road side assistance insurance!!!! Zero stars. And this was after they convinced me to use their insurance that would cover EVERYTHING... Everything. Even after asking road side assistance what is covered they simply say "we don't know" and they don't warn you about the fact that they don't refund you for road side assistance for a flat tire, no warning at all or I would have fixed with the spare myself. Nope. Never ever EVER again. Travelers beware!!!!!
