Making an appointment was easy, fast, direct and simple. They send out appointments notification through email and text. Nima came over the next day, pulled out his test kit to tested our water, and the water quality was horrible. Nima took the time to educate us and explained everything in detail about the water in Florida. The water we are all using is basically poisoning us slowly. At first I was weary because it was a small company and they quoted me at 6k. Red flags right? So I have him come out and to my surprise everything was legit.
