They have always offered a well-priced, professional service and with practices at 4 locations Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Kings Heath & Monmouth, they have always been able to fit me in with relatively short notice, which is what you need cause let's face it who plans to hurt their back?? I have always booked with Andrew Leask who in my opinion is highly skilled and always tries to look for the bigger picture, the source of the problem. Rather than looking to just stop the pain he looks to what you can change yourself that might prevent such an injury from reoccurring. Andrew has been able to put right any injuries or back problems I have had on the first visit the majority of times and only on a couple of occasions when the swelling has been too bad / fresh for him to manipulate have I need to return for a second visit. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

This opticians gets a massive 5 stars and a big thumbs up from me. Why? I hear you ask. Well the…read morecustomer service is amazeballs it really is. I popped in for a contacts lense check up, and my opticians made me feel at ease whilst he tested my peepers. After a through check and lots of questions asked about my daily care routine of my lenses, I decided that I wanted to take a look at the frames with ideally walking away with a new pair. My assistant was super patient despite me wanting to try on lots of pairs, mostly which didn't suit me or were too big for my face. I wilted it down to four pairs, and as part of the service and helping me to decide what pair to choose my picture was taken modelling the fours glasses in turn. This was really useful and I managed to decide on my final pair. Woo hoo success! I was told that my glasses could take up to 10 days to arrive once ordered. They arrived in a week. The customer service here really is second to none, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the opticians to everyone.

From the outside it looked so modern but on the inside it looked like everything was a bit dated; magazines I understand but not old fashioned and uncomfortable beds I recently registered at this doctors' and was pleased to know it all happened there and then. There was none of that "send us your sample"/ "You'll be registered in a few days" this was lucky as I needed an appointment the next day. In fact it's pretty quick and easy to get an appointment. I had to see the nurse who didn't appear to care much about my health. I know she probably didn't care but it would've made me feel so much better. She didn't explain things properly either and got a bit patronising when things went wrong so I had to ask her explain again. On the other hand the doctor was better as she was kind and talked me through things but didn't make me feel reassured and the extremely uncomfortable examination didn't help!
