I've used this company four or five times and left as many reviews. Shawn and his Staff our amazing every time. This time I managed to lose my car keys. I lost my first set and kept telling myself that I'll go get a spare tomorrow, about 90 or so tomorrow's later I managed to drop my second set of keys in the toilet and they no longer started my car. I thought I was safe because of my spare set of keys... but I never got them made. So I called 24/7 and got ahold of Shawn and he sent someone right away! Shawn's tech got me up and running in 25 minutes! Cheeper than the dealership while not having to get it towed. These guys are great. I haven't run into two people who are so excited about their jobs in a long time. I started out talking with Jake (son) and he was kind enough to FaceTime me to try and help me fix my front door lock on my own. Enthusiastic and pleasant to chat with. When we discovered that wasn't an option, I set up an appointment and his dad (Shawn, the owner of the company) came out and fixed the lock. He actually repaired it! He had old parts and took it apart and fixed it. Who does that anymore? On top of that, he was excited to be doing it. On time, pleasant, skilled. I'm overwhelmed with gratitude!!!! I was in Lowe's trying to get a key made from my broken house key. The salesmen tried very hard to get the broken key to work but the machine wouldn't duplicate the key. A passerby that had been observing the salesmen trying to duplicate the key said I'll make her a key. Little did I know that the passerby was the owner of this generous company and that even though he was off work and shopping he was willing to make me a key!!! I would give 10 stars if I could to 24/7 Locksmith! The service that we received was exemplary! We had a lock on a door at our house that suddenly jammed and we could not open or close the door at all. We were going out of town for a week the very next day and had to have this door in working order to ensure the safety of the contents of our home. We contacted the owner, Shawn, on a Sunday afternoon to get two new key fobs and have them programmed for our daughter's car. He took our information over the phone, ordered the fobs direct from Infiniti and called within a matter of days to say they'd arrived. I've used this company multiple times while locked out (not sure what that says about me haha) - but they've certainly earned my loyalty. The first 2 times I locked myself out, I called around to other places first. They were BY FAR the fastest and friendliest. The most recent time, I didn't even bother calling elsewhere. We called to have our house re-keyed in the morning and they were able to send out Jeff in the afternoon, who showed up when he said he was going to. Jeff not only re-keyed our house, he also showed us how to do it ourselves in the future. He also checked all of the external doors to make sure they would shut and latch properly. Someone stole our key after my son dropped it at work. We only have one car so things were a little extra special. Jeff was able to get us back on the road and deleted the stolen key all before the tow truck would have gotten there to start the possibly weekend long process with the dealership.
