Boy am I glad because I was about an hour and a half to two hours away from a dealership and home. The key keepers were able to come to me and program a new key fob. It took about an hour for them to do everything that was needed to be done. It worked! They are very nice people and I highly recommend them if you're stranded and need a new key fob. The value was great and much less than what I would have paid at a dealership. If I ever need a locksmith again while I'm in that area I know who to call. After the locksmith did his job, we were bathed $100. No explanation why at all. I was essentially cornered and had to pay the amount. If you do call ahead of time for a price estimate be warned- they will blatantly lie to you. Called back to the company and asked why we were told it would be only $45 and was hung up on not once, but twice. Going to talk to my bank and see if I can do anything about this but I'm absolutely appalled. Maybe the guy that unlocked our door did his job ok but the company is awful and whoever is answering their phones needs to be fired immediately. So extremely upset.

Son was stranded with a broken key. Charles seemed nice and assured me they could fix the problem. Zach showed up a little early even. Made a new key, said he programmed it. Smoke started coming out of the steering column. Zach told my son he thought it was a wiring issue - that he had never had before. He took my son's payment of $200 and left. Mechanic came and looked at the care, says there's no wiring issue, appears the tech fried the security box with bad programming. Son tried to start the car, sure enough, security mode and the car won't start. He called Zach who said it's not his fault. He called Charles who said he would come that afternoon. Charles never showed. He called him again the next morning. Charles said he would come by at lunch time. At 3, called Charles again, said he was on his way. Charles never showed. A week later my son is still out $200, and the car won't start with the key they made. No one has called him back or tried to make this right. No one ever even came by like they said they would. Seems to me that this company isn't as great as the reviews I see. They took advantage of a kid who works hard so he can pay his bills an take care of his baby. These people are a joke and I would not recommend them to anyone.
