His price was reasonable and well below other quotes I had received. We were able to find a time convenient for both of us, which aligned with an already scheduled trip to Mountain Home for this afternoon, even though it was late in the afternoon. We arranged a place to meet, and he suggested he do the work on programming the remote and cutting the emergency physical key while I was doing my business in town. He took about 45 minutes to do his work. (He says Infinitys are sometimes hard to get programmed, but he kept working with it to make sure everything worked.) His charge was exactly what he quoted.
