They gave me a good price and the turnaroud time was VERY fast. The owner noticed that the rings were slightly loose and suggested that I size the rings before fusing them. I declined at the time, thinking that I liked the fit. Months later I returned to get sizing beads put in because, as the owner predicted, my rings were slipping off! I asked them to put sizing beads in (instead of resizing the ring) so that the ring would still fit when my fingers swell. They did a lovely job with that as well, and got the ring back to me in like three days. They also polished and cleaned the ring nicely, which I was not expecting! Main Street Jewelry is my go-to jeweler now and I plan to return the next time I need anything altered.

He was attentive and pleasant as I explained my needs. After he went in the back to evaluate my items, another female employee was available to answer any other questions that I had while I waited. When he came back, he told me exactly what he could do with the pieces and discussed the price. I made my payment and headed out. When I picked up my items today, Dimitry showed me everything that was done. I was pleased with the results. I also brought in some other pieces of jewelry for repair and to my surprise again, Dimitry was totally honest with me and told me that the cost of repairs were not worth it and that he could not guarantee that the repair would hold.
