Then the younger one, Nicoli, deferred to Ryan, who spent about a half an hour with us trying to figure out what the problem was. You would think he had nothing better to do than to make sure he understood the problem, from the pictures we had on the phone. He really CARED about finding the right product for us. In the end, he didn't want us to buy anything right away, but wait and see what happened when the next rain came. This is a REALLY GREAT, REALLY GREAT store. I went in on a quiet morning and there were five sales people on the floor. They weren't and I saw two sales people answer the phone long after I had come in. Eventually, their newest sales person came to help me. She knew nothing and when she, twice, asked for help from the more experienced staff, they answered her and then abandoned her, despite it being obvious she was struggling. After 30 minutes I still didn't have a quote for a standard shower set as she still couldn't figure out the pricing, the parts etc. I asked her to email me the quote when she got it figured out and left. It's been a week and I'm still waiting for her email.

Booked a mover to transport them -- they weren't available until the day after next. The woman at Restore who helped me told the guy at the desk to put a sold sign on the chairs. They were near the desk. After looking around the store another half hour, I noticed the guy still hadn't put a sold sign on the chairs. I paid the guy at the desk for the chairs, and said please make sure they don't get sold. He had attitude. The movers went to pick them up and called me from the store -- the chairs were gone. They sold them. I had already sold my dining room chairs so am left with nothing. Movers said they go there a lot and it's really weird there. The manager said he would keep an eye out for similar chairs but that was mid-June. Now he is saying it's too much work for him and he wants it over with so I should come into the store and get a refund. Refuses to provide a refund over the phone. Told him I'm on the bus, so that will eat up half a day. He ended the call. Awful place, weird guys who don't deal well with women.
