This is an excellent community and gym if you are a resident of Kingman or just a crossfit person passing thru town. The staff and members are extremely supportive to all fitness levels (whether its your first day touching a weight or ready to compete in crossfit games). They are there to help YOU reach YOUR goals, whatever they may be. Every workout is different and tests all your weaknesses from upper, lower, core, and cardio. Each class is filled with women and men of all levels. I began my membership half way thru 2021, as a way to break out of my everyday routine and get back to taking care of my health. Awesome Gym, I love going to class everytime even if it's a tough workout. The coaches are very attentive and make sure everyone is taken care of and instructed on the workout for that class. They also really care about your health and well being, the coaches and owners really take care of their members. All the members are also super nice and very uplifting, honestly some of the coolest people I've met in this town. The coaches at this gym are top notch. Their first priority is you and your safety. My coach, Dave, knows the extent of my disability, but when I enter the box I know he is going to push me to, and BEYOND my limits. My ass is thoroughly kicked each and every time and I LOVE IT! This gym sounds intimidating, but far from it. If your looking for the perfect gym look no farther. All the coaches are every knowledgeable about fitness. The best part is the coaches adjust the fitness sessions to your abilities. Everyone is friendly, accepting, and encouraging. They are accomadating to senior students.
