They told me "we will not see you" while I was attempting to explain that I understand what is required, have all of the necessary items in possession, and am well informed on how the process works. To shut a woman down that quickly who is simply trying to maintain her own good health is disgusting. I thanked her for her help and she abruptly hung up on me. This is terrible. No one woman should ever want to receive care from a place that treats even prospective patients with such disrespect. Shame on you.

One Star: Go Elsewhere. Total Lack of Care. My return visit…read morewas an utter waste of three weeks' waiting time. The doctor was immediately sarcastic and unprofessional. When I tried to give a brief medical history, I was literally told, "go elsewhere." The physician showed zero interest in my specific ailment, cut me off when I tried to show photos, and said, "There is nothing there," without a real exam. They clearly only care about fast, routine visits. I left feeling completely dismissed and shaken by the experience. The care here has drastically declined.

It has been that way for years. Soley because of the Male doctor at this facility! Now I have stayed quiet for years. But that man traumatized me so bad! & after waiting 13 weeks for my first appointment for my 4th baby !! I get a confirmation email that the appointment is with that same dr i specifically have in my file that I REFUSE. So now im 13 weeks pregnant, still haven't had my first appointment, and they refuse to reschedule me! because the next available isn't till SO far out , and im going to be too late in my pregnancy for them to accept me!(This is A Blessing in Disguise!!!) I'm beyond done with this place. Like I said, it's always been a 1 star. Totally unprofessional! They don't care about you. Only your money and what kind of insurance you have. They single handedly made my pregnancies miserable. I hated coming to my appointments. I would cry every time. I felt like nothing was ever my decision or my choice. Everything was happening 'To Me.' With no care or compassion. I would NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. I only went here for so long because nowhere else took my insurance before. Now, I have no insurance and pay out of pocket. But still, cannot find a dr to accept me due to prior c sections + them refusing to allow vaginal birth. Without ever even meeting me ?? Which is insane. I'll have my baby however I damn well please. I'm tired of 'doctors' thinking they have the final say and trying to over rule you. They'll literally bully you if you go against their recommendations! & don't get me started on the front desk ladies!!!!! Those women are professional day ruiners! Lol! All I can do is laugh at this point since I dealt with it so long. But Lord have mercy, they're gonna meet the right one. It's only a matter of time. I think they think because these women are pregnant, they won't do anything... They must not be from here.

Leaving with my questions still unanswered. I then requested to speak to a supervisor, where apparently Chasity is the highest level and when she returned my call after waiting 3 days, she was very rude, giving me attitude and not being transparent (especially as a woman). Totally would not recommend the Tradition location and/or Jensen location being that the supervisor works there and is not for the women but more money hungry than anything else.
