I go in for a clean up, which turned into half of my beard being gone, while leaving a long goatee. I thought I'd let it grow out a bit, and it wasn't a super big deal. But when I get home and lived with the beard a little longer, I saw a full clippers width of hair missing on the underside of my neck and how uneven and thin everything looked. I ended up shaving it as it really didn't not look great. And that was months of growth I had worked on.

When he was out with personal health issues, I was happy to keep visiting the shop to see Chuck (meet him on Fridays!) and happy to know the shop remained in business.
