I was pleased to see items stocked and actually prices a bit lower than the same items in the cities near where I live. I found my item(s) and made my way to the register. As I reached for my license, the cashier asked for a birthday and left it at this (fine with me but not sure as far as proper procedure). She also then made a comment when my card didn't work that "if I am just be patient, it will work" which was not something I want from anyone. I said I appreciated her comment but would prefer more direct instruction and she then helped my card get swiped through and I was on my way.
