Over the past few months, particularly since some of the management changes, it feels as though the eye has not always been on the ball. These may seem like small things individually, but collectively they have a noticeable impact on the customer experience. The happy hour wine has been unavailable for more than two weeks. Bathroom toiletries and supplies have not been consistently replenished, including paper towels that went several days without being replaced. Mouthwash and cups were unavailable for weeks and were ultimately purchased and supplied by a loyal customer. We absolutely recognize that the air quality has improved substantially, and that investment is appreciated. However, on high-traffic evenings, the smoke can still become overwhelming. Could ownership please consider investing approximately another $3,000 in two additional Airpura units? It seems like a relatively modest investment that could make a significant difference in the comfort of guests, and employees. We are bringing these concerns forward because we genuinely enjoy the venue and want to continue supporting it. A little more consistent attention to the details that made this place special would go a long way. We hope management and ownership will take these observations in the spirit in which they are intended--from loyal customers who care about the venue and want to see it continue to thrive.

The shop part is separate and they were helpful with picking out a cigar for us. Note they only serve drinks and no outside food is allowed in- we ordered cocktails but they also have a full coffee and tea menu. We picked a set of comfy seats that had a view of the street it was fun to just sit and kind of people watch! They also have nice filtration system going on inside if you're worried about it being smoky otherwise there is outdoor seating as well. I would definitely recommend this as a stop for those looking for a Tampa cigar bar experience.

They had to put it back on the grill to make it basically medium well. At $62 for an a la carte steak - and this is not a steakhouse - this is unacceptable. At least they remade the separate side I ordered so it would be hot with the re-cooked steak. The service was fine, it wasn't exceptional, the ambiance was still the same - yet this last time was an attempt to appear trendy with the 30-somethings. Well overpriced, the food isn't spectacular even to justify the price, although the presentation was lovely. Too loud (yeah, call me old)...
