He was thorough, offered up a variety of possibilities of what would work best, provided a reasonable estimate, wasn't pushy so that was appreciated as well. Fast forward some months, we arranged for the crew to return to do the work. They arrived on time, were efficient, polite and by all accounts, did the job nicely. (Of course, we haven't had any rain SINCE the gutters have been put in, but by all accounts it looks all good.)
