While visiting Puerto Rico, we wanted to try some Chinese food to see what it's like here. The portions are decent and at a reasonable value. The combination plates here come with rice and fries.
We did wait a bit for the order since this place is busy. They have a drive-through and there was line throughout our wait. There was a waitress at the front taking orders who spoke a little bit of English, but mainly Spanish. The people cooking in the back speak Cantonese and Spanish.
We ordered the Combinación de Pepper Steak con Arroz Frito y Papas and the Arroz Frito Casa
Pepper Steak: It was a bit salty, but the fried rice it made it less salty. The beef was velveted and not many peppers in it. It had a lot of gravy.
Fried Rice: Standard fried rice except they add some iceberg lettuce into it. It wasn't too oily or too salty.
French Fries: Classic fries, no salt added. Fried fresh to order.
Arroz Frito Casa: Also known as the house fried rice, it is standard fried rice. But came with BBQ pork, chicken, and shrimp. read more
