The family membership is affordable and worth it if you have young children who can utilize the child watch while adults exercise. We have done private, semi-private and group and they really helped our kids with water skills and confidence. Lessons fill up quickly, so start checking mid-month for the next round of lessons to spring up on the website. This location isn't the most modern or well-kept. There seem to be lots of issues when it rains, and the layout is very strange. The small-ish workout/weights space is accessed by first going downstairs and then back up another set of stairs in the back of the building. There is also a musty/moldy smell that kicks up our allergies at times.

From the very first time that I walked into this box, I have been overwhelmingly welcomed by the coaches and other crossfitters alike. The coaches are amazing! They are knowledgable and very patient. They make sure to modify the workouts to fit my abilities and avoid injury. They explain the proper way of doing things and keep their eyes on me to ensure that I don't fall back into my sloppy ways. Everyone else is so incredibly encouraging. They remember your name and make you feel like you not only welcomed here, but that you belong here. The workouts are intense, but it's CrossFit so that's to be expected. The WOD's vary and get the job done. They offer several classes throughout the day so you can fit your workout into your busy day. If you are looking for a place to work out with people that won't make you feel judged and that will get you results, this is your spot.
