Horrible service would not recommend at all. I have constant issues with both my landline and my internet. Currently they have disconnected my service, no idea how long its been disconnected and they cannot seem to give me an answer. Yet, they expect me to pay for a service I currently dont have. If I could find another company that offers landline service, Id quit Windstream in a heartbeat. I hate this company! read more

Literally the WORST ISP in the country. We are plagued by daily, sometimes hourly drops in service. Customer service sends out repair techs weekly and they can't fix the problem. Several techs have advised us they won't replace or fix the existing lines and have actually advised us to use a different company. Customer service is rude, unhelpful and they refuse to transfer you when asked. Do not use windstream if there are other options. read more

I searched for a skilled and reasonably priced service to stand in and fix my issue. After contacting several groups, I opted for IT Pros due to their response and willingness to take on the work. For me it was easy to drop off the laptop and let Chris do his thing. He confirmed the faulty part, ordered a new replacement and within a couple of days it was back running fine. Highly recommend this group for your IT issues, having been an IT recruiter in my past working at Software firms it was easy to see this team walks the talk.

Their new fiber optic internet is by far the best internet in the country! I will admit that their old copper lines were complete garbage but once they started implementing the fiber network it can't be beat! Their price is more than fair for the speeds that I'm getting! I get 1000Mbps upload and download! It's pretty awesome! Highly recommend! read more

Now that's a pretty reasonable rate but when you consider the fact that we rarely put out more than one, we could actually be saving ourselves $96 a year if one were looking at the per can rate, so I don't think it's unreasonable to expect Mills to pick up an occasional third can, yet they say, "well that's the way the business goes".
