When the Indiana company was installing the cameras, my husband and I were helping him. I knew he seemed new and unexperienced with the cameras. The original bill was 4000.00 and I paid 5000.00 (thinking I would be done with taxes and whatever) which he later sent a bill for 8500.00 also, with years of difficulty with the system never working. I was charged for more cameras than on my house, and the placement of cameras too high, internet not working, and sent me triple the bill for services not done, also I was a guest on it, and no battery back up I was charged for. The guy that installed the cameras owned the system. Hik-Vision in California eventually disconnected the installer since the system was in my house. The installer could move my cameras from his phone, I could not. A very painful experience. I thankfully found 2Krew. The first day 2Krew touched the system it was amazing! They came in several times to make changes due to all the issues from the first installer being not experienced. 2Krew changed positions of cameras, updating the system to things I did not know it was capable of, and more. They updated the euro system the other company had on the floor in three rooms which always bothered me. I later found out I had less internet from them. Also one camera by the door was mounted wrong and could have fallen down. 2Krew was unable to mount it back in place and they did not charge me for a better camera. I offered to pay for it, thankful they found this out before it fell down one day. I am so happy with the system now! I changed my security system to 2Krew and so happy with the process and updates. I call the company and never have any issues with the office or service. My cameras work everyday on my phone unlike with the other company. The other company blamed it on my internet. I am charged reasonable and happy with 2Krew service every time. I highly recommend them.

Update 10/12/2020: I think we finally have our system figured out. Here are my take away's:…read more 1. Initial install was good 2. Rachel's customer service was terrible 3. Getting the system to do custom things that they promised was a major hassle 4. I found out on my last call that they specialize in commercial systems and this is the first time they used the control panel we have. Just FYI, they do not seem to do residential much. Still not happy with the overall experience. Would not use them again.
