Internet went down they came to fix it and accidentally disconnected our home phone over a week later and still no home phone

If I could give a negative Star review I most certainly would. This is by far the worst service provider you could possibly find. You pay for "high speed" internet and can only get 10mb service, that's hardly high speed. Not to mention it disconnects every 20 minutes or so, but when you call support they tell you everything is good on their end. Clearly it is not, considering this happens to every device in the house when it happens. Unfortunately it is the only provider in our area. If you have other options in yours you should go with options other than this. 100% complete garbage. You would think they would care about a customer that has been with them for 20+ years. read more
