I hope to save other people from what I'm going through. I went for a Brazillian and underarms. This means everything down there everywhere else. The girl who did my treatment treated me like I was disgusting (never had that before). She barely did anything, she literally only did half an underarm on one side then went over my vagina within one minute, not making sure to get every section like everyone else and did not do a Brazillian that I paid for. I could tell she wanted it over with and it made me insecure so then so did I. Well, now two weeks later I have a terrible infection on my skin where the laser touched me. I'm not Australian so going to the doctor to treat it costs more then the laser. WORST EXPERIENCE of my life with any medical laser/spa anything. Save your money, your body and your peace..... stay away from this dodgy operation.

Since having a baby , I developed severe dark discolouration on my face . My GP says it is due to the sun and hormonal changes during pregnancy . I tried various cream with no success. Dr.Chen was very gentle and laser treatment was better than I thought . I started to see results even after the 1st treatment . My pigmentation has now faded almost 90% after the 3rd treatment . I am so happy with the result that I started laser tattoo removal treatment with the clinic . My tattoo is slowly fading but I was told I will need quite a number of treatments .

Biopsy was done on a lesion on my back. A stitch was put in - unusual as I have had biopsies before and usually they are minimally invasive. The dressing was insufficient and stained my business shirt with blood! But the big shock (no pun intended) was the twenty minute IPL treatment. $350!!! Total bill was over $550 - previous visits were less that $180 after rebate (which I am pretty sure they processed at reception). No facilities for automatic rebate and the receptionist only had very vague idea of how much it would be and basically was not concerned. I had the feeling that I was irritating her by asking. So, on top of the $500 plus, I now have to chase up with Medicare at my own expense and time. Previously I was very happy with Skin Lab and thought their main concern was health. Not sure what happened but they seem more concerned with revenue now. Wont be back - maybe Thailand next time? Certainly not here - over priced and under professional.

There is lots of comfortable seating and while you wait you will be surrounded by a wide variety of products and samples to play with. You can sip on the kettle of herbal tea being gently warmed by a tealight candle or just soak up the relaxing, soothing music and essential oil blends permeating the air. My therapist, Beth is a skilled woman! She takes care of all of my waxing requirements and is down to earth and professional. Wax is always fresh and it takes just 20 minutes for her to do a full brazilian! I also see Kaitlin every few months for my anti-wrinkle needs. A qualified injectible practitioner, Kaitlin is very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. I've been to countless salons and she honestly gives me the best results out of any of them.
