Kindred Spirit is another spiritual spot I happened to stumble upon since it's near my work. -I love the communal feel of this shop. -Everyone is very helpful and friendly. -The cats that roam the shop like Glenda the Good Witch is a plus. -They offer many services here like classes, readings, reiki healing and palm readings. -They give out descriptions of the crystals you purchase which is a nice touch -They create a lot of their scents here They had a customer rewards program going on but during the last day of mercury in retrograde 2018, the system crashed but they are trying to revive that now. Walking down a new plaza I found this store. I was curious and decided to take a look inside to see if any peaked my interest. Upon walking in I was greeted by such a soft yet beautifully aromatic scent. I kindly asked the attendant what I incense or candle or scented oil where burning. It was so heavenly. I needed it for my home. She warmly smiled and said it was a combination of many items that they carried in the store and the store always smelled this pleasantly sweet. I chatted for awhile with Laura as I waited for my stuff crust pizza from Pizza Hut to be prepared. I was so intrigued with all the items in the store that I let my pizza get cold. They had healing stones, stones for your chakras, candles, scented oil, a variation of sage and spices. There was jewelry with good quality stones and sculptures galore. Not only was there a pleasant vibe in the store that made you feel peaceful and serene but Laura was so patient and informative as I began to be more and more inquisitive. Bless her heart. I am sure I bombarded her with questions due to my curiosity. I had never been in a spiritual store of this type. The store was organized and Clean... there were 3 well behaved and well mannered cats in the store. We pet the beautiful spotted cat named Romeo.. They were so calm and in a zen like state. Can I reiterate that this store did not smell like there were animals and it smelled more like the asking thru a field of exotic wild flowers Laura advised that the store also has a reiki master, a tarot card reader and those that can educate you on to heal your chakras. Forgive me if I am not using the proper terms.. This was all new to me. I purchased a sterling silver necklace and a beautiful and elegant polish Rose Quartz Pendant. I may go bad and get the matching ring and use my yelp coupon! In addition this store LOVES Us YELPERS! There was a yelp logo sign behind the register and when I checked in I received a Yelp Coupon for a FREE Table Stone.. As I left I thanked Laura and told her that I really enjoyed our conversation and that the store had a great vibe. She stated the owner desires for everyone to leave the store feeling HAPPY! A small shop tucked away in a strip mall, this place has a smaller inventory of unique pieces. I sought some smudging gear and was on the hunt for a tarot deck. The deck selection didn't have desirable art for my taste but they have a nice amount to choose from. They also have resident cats which I always appreciate. If you are looking for crystals and minerals, they don't have a vast selection. Overall, a quick stop shop that has local appeal. read more

lots of cats are chillin in here which I enjoy. they are also nice to the kiddo but she wasn't a hellion. this place is full of delicate stuff so if you have WILD kids, consider leaving them at home. they explain how to use the stuff and offer classes. they're helpful and kind. glad I stopped by. if you need incense, stop by here. they have quite a selection! read more

Not allergy friendly. My daughter has an allergy to hand sanitizer and was not allowed into the store without using their hand sanitizer. Just thinking outside the box now - why not have the option for customers that have an allergy to chemicals that they can use disposable gloves. Grateful other stores are more accepting. read more

From the very first time I walked in here, it just feels like a different world. No it's not huge, yes some of the prices are a bit high, BUT the people are genuine. I'm not pagan or wiccan, but I've always had curiosity about it. My better half is however a traditional pagan, and wanted to check it out. Ever since they have been our go to for anything related. In addition to having most the herbs, candles, oils and idols we need there's just something different in the air here. It's incredibly light and happy. I can't explain it, and maybe it's a sign of paganism being real, but the instant I walk in there my attitude improves and I feel stress lift off me, as if my personal problems take a break while I'm in their walls. The people working are beyond kind, the chill cats everywhere and the large amount of knowledge contained here keep me coming back. read more

Came here a couple months ago and got a beautiful citrine crystal! Now it's become one of my favorites and I carry it everywhere I go!

This shop was one of the vendors at a harvest festival we'd attended in the area. We were so impressed with what they were selling there we really wanted to visit the shop. To our surprise they are located just a few shops down from The Azalea Inn pizza restaurant, so after lunch we decided to walk down. The store seem to have a little of everything from spiritual books, herbs, crystals and spiritual jewelry. The staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. Some of the items are a bit pricey, but most items are labeled fairly. We definitely plan to return. read more

Kindred spirit is my go-to new age shop. They have a great candle selection, a wide variety of incense, different tarot decks and a large selection of crystals and spiritual jewelry. They also have a tarot reader in the shop but i've yet to have a reading done! The owners are very nice and have a "warm" vibe about them. One of my only complaints is that they don't carry any voodoo/Voudon based items, most of their items are Wicca centered. Overall, it's a lovely shop and will continue to shop there! read more

The people (and cats) are really nice. I had soooo many questions and they took the time to explain things to me and even offered their personal experiences with certain stones. I was looking for Patchouli oil and there wasn't any on the shelf, the lovely staff member went in the back and made up a bottle for me and included a dropper. I will be going back!!! read more
