After three months of treatments with All Good Pets, I am happy to report my pup is back to playing and going for walks. What I loved the most was the time and attention my dog received when she was there. If she needed two hours of therapy then that is what she got! I've never sat with a vet for two hours! The second most important thing worth mentioning is the price. This is really affordable. When I looked at other specialty vets the pricing was confusing and very expensive. With All Good Pets, I knew what I was paying and there was no add on cost for additional treatments. One price. That's all. My pup needed water therapy, laser therapy, acupuncture, and more and those were included in the price. I'm really grateful that I found this place and that they gave my dog the care and attention that she needed to get better.

She was limping and another vet told me she only sprained her leg. Dr. Allen was able to catch the Lyme disease that my puppy had. She immediately treated her and did testing. They even called me the next day to ask how she was doing. All of the staff is wonderful and they all truly care about the patients and their families!

After receiving a diagnosis from multiple physicians, we decided to put our cat down. The doctor comes in and looks at the chart and gives us an "Oh! Then just as the doctor was administering the euthanasia, someone front the front desk came in and interrupted to ask for payment. The whole thing just felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Will never be back again.

They Need to FIX IT!! * We have been with Harleysville Vet since June of 2020. They care for our (3) mini pinscher/mini dachshund mixes ..... and we've always received Great Care. Good follow up care as well after procedures. However, given their criticality to be Reachable by phone ~ especially in the case of an URGENT Request or Question, their Phone System and procedures is Horrible!! They Need to provide a STAFF that can answer phones all day & they need some sort of emergency staffing to answer phones in late afternoons when clients are scheduled to be picking up their pets (after a surgery or procedure) as we experienced recently. We were TOLD to call the office after 3 pm to check to confirm our dog was recovered from anesthesia & "Ready" for pickup by 5 pm !! * we called & try EVERY OPTION on their recorded message ~ Including dialing for "EMERGENCY" Call option ..... and NO ONE ANSWERED the call ?!! We sat ON HOLD for several HOURS total that day (after her surgery) and left detailed voice messages & NO ONE EVER CALLED US BACK!! * A Veterinarian SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR EMERGENCY CALLS!! They should not expect the Doctors (in the back rooms) to answer phones when the office staff leaves. They clearly do NOT have the proper staffing employed to accommodate the Needs of their clients!! Again, doctors & care is really good ~ Phone system and contact for communications are Poor at best !!

Love Dr. Kathy Jamison and her natural approach to pet health…read more Have been taking my pets to Dr Kathy, since 1993. My first dog had a heart condition and I was told he wouldn't live past a year, well, he lived 15 years. My cat lived almost twenty years and I now have an 11 and 4 year old: dachshund girls. She has a genuine love for animals and is completely non invasive with handling my pets, which they appreciate. If your looking for a sterile place, be warned that her office is quaint and lived in with rescue animals and their hair all about the office. My experience in the years I've gone is that animals don't care about a tidy doctor. They appreciate a no nonsense doctor that genuinely cares and is intuitive to their needs. Dr Kathy is intuitive to pet owners as well, she has a way of breaking the ice and is kind. I've had to take a cat to a neighboring vet for an emergency. Yes the place was sparking clean, but the vet was rude and seemed freaked out to touch my cat to look at it, even with gloves. Unessary x-rays and test ended up costing in the thousands.

I brought my 5 year old healthy cat in for a stomach issue and she cut him right open without doing any tests first. He made it thru the surgery and died the next night. They didn't have any explanation. We brought him home to have him cremated somewhere else, and his incision site was so botched and there was a huge incision that seems totally unnecessary for a healthy cat. I will never use her again, and I suggest no one ever take their pets to her. Please don't take your precious pets to her. She was careless and reckless and now our healthy baby is gone. Terribly unprofessional and I will never trust her with another pet again.

I am beyond disappointed with Gilbertsville Veterinary Hospital and will never return…read more What they did to me is a literal bait and switch -- and I have the proof in writing. They texted me saying they couldn't refill my cats' Chewy prescription food because my cat was overdue for an exam, and that I simply needed to schedule a wellness visit. Nowhere did they indicate they no longer fill digital prescriptions for outside pharmacies. Their exact text: "Good morning! We received your request from Chewy for Leo's urinary diet, however we have to decline it due to Leo being overdue for his exam. There has to be a doctor-client-patient-relationship established within a year to be able to approve this. We would be happy to schedule a wellness visit with you! Please give us a call with any questions and to schedule. Thank you, have a good day!" So, I complied. I scheduled an appointment, spent over $300 for a routine checkup and a couple vaccines, and during the visit they even asked me directly if my cats were on prescription food. I confirmed they were. Yet at NO point did anyone disclose that they had stopped providing digital prescriptions to outside pharmacies like Chewy. Instead, I only found out afterward (once they had my money) when Chewy's second request was denied a week later and I was told I'd have to physically pick up a written script or use their in-house pharmacy. That's not miscommunication. That's deliberate, manipulative, and designed to back customers into a corner so they're forced to buy from the hospital's pharmacy. When I expressed my dissatisfaction in response to their email where they once again denied my digital prescription, the only response I got was a canned text saying my written prescriptions were ready for pickup. No apology. No acknowledgment. No accountability. On top of the dishonesty, the staff are cold and unhelpful. This is not just bad customer service, it's unethical business practices. It should be illegal. They took my money under false pretenses and withheld critical information that directly affected my ability to care for my pets. Pet owners deserve transparency, honesty, and compassion. You won't find that here.
