It wasn't muddy but in the dark I didn't see a mud hole and slipped off into it. Without mud tires I couldn't do much to get out of it. I made a call to Hammond Wrecker to see if they could pull me out. They assured me they could and then quoted me a price. We agreed to the deal over the phone and they would be out within 20 minutes. Well, the mud hole was a little bigger than I realized, as the wrecker became stuck. We took turn about pulling each other out a little bit at a time. The driver gave up and called another wrecker to come get us both. The next wrecker came in and began working on the other truck and after about 20 minutes of struggling the second wrecker blew his engine. Of course they have to call a third wrecker to the scene. This third one was a diesel burning monster. It took very little effort on its part to snatch all of us out of the predicament. When it came time to settle the bill, the owner just shook his head and said, "I told you over the phone it would be $25.00 and I'm going to stand by that". They may have changed the policy after that encounter. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again if I need help.

We had a long list of repairs and maintenance items that we had planned to take care of at Lakeshore and Tiffin service. Lakeshore was our first appointment, and we discovered that they were able to take care of every item on our punch list - so - no need to visit Tiffin service. We were pleasantly surprised when we discovered that there is nothing Lakeshore Custom RV cannot do - and IMO do better than the other guys. They addressed issues that other shops in Red Bay seemed baffled by last year - and not only fixed the underlying issues but patched up the aftermath of one failed fix with some skilled carpentry. Bryan at Lakeshore Custom RV has a topnotch team of experienced technicians, very reasonable rates, is very easy to work with, and provided a concrete pad with water and 50A electric for as long as we needed. I genuinely appreciate their taking time to answer all my questions, their willingness to help, their honesty, and exceptional skillset. We plan to use Lakeshore for any future work and recommend them without hesitation.

I'm nearing half a century in age and in that time have bought over a dozen vehicles between myself, hubby, and adult kids. This was hands down the best customer service we've ever experienced from a dealership. The Jeep we were looking for was a bit of a unicorn and we found it at CDJR of Corinth. We literally travelled from Houston, TX for this vehicle and felt so comfortable with the entire process. Communication was stellar, online pricing was honored, no surprise fees, and Justin went far above and beyond to take care of us. He even picked us up at the hotel in the morning after we flew into Memphis and ubered to Corinth! Everyone on site was friendly, honest and authentic. It was a straight-forward, no pressure environment that led to us feeling 100% comfortable and satisfied. Honestly, we may may the trip again when we're ready for our next Jeep! You just don't find this level of customer service very often any more. If I could give 10 stars here I would!
