I was referred to this place by a friend whose hair is always nice. I called the salon to ensure they can do textured hair and the person I was referred to said YES. He in fact was NOT privy to textured hair and admitted while doing my hair. He should have denied the service and advised he could not accommodate my request. I should have gotten up, paid for a wash and blow dry and left but I followed through because he said "I would walk the door out better than I came". I will post pictures of when I knew this wasn't going to end up how I wanted after he "straightened" my hair and pictures of how I walked out the door. Also, when I spoke to him, I was quoted between $70-90. When I booked, it stated $75. I ended up paying $115 to be disappointed and embarrassed. I didn't have the nerve to say anything, I requested a receipt and eventually gave a tip because, I knew I would NEVER step foot in this establishment again. I sat in the car and booked an appointment somewhere else. So I had to pay to get my hair done twice. The job you did wasn't worth what was charged and there's no way you can justify the results. If you knew you couldn't complete the request, you should have said that. At NO point did you ATTEMPT to get me out of the chair. It will be in your best interest to take some refresher classes. There's no way you have 20 years of PROFESSIONAL experience in cosmetology with the complaints I've seen directed towards your work CASS.

I didn't feel welcomed at all. I had forgotten my wallet and needed to pay the deposit another way, so she offered to send me a payment link. I stood there waiting and mentioned I hadn't received it yet because I wanted to secure the appointment. Her response was, "Yeah, I'm doing it right now, you'll get it," but the tone came across very condescending and dismissive. I went home expecting the link shortly after, and now over 24 hours later, I still never received anything. Thankfully, I had a backup salon and was able to book elsewhere. It's disappointing because I genuinely enjoyed my previous visits and had spoken highly of this place before, but customer service and communication really matter.
