On pickup I was given 1 assembled chair and 2 unassembled in a box. When I questioned I was advised that's how they come.. I called back and was then advised they charge $2.50 per chair to assemble. I was never advised and couldn't understand why they would not advise the charges. I had 1/2 a home to furnish but after these 2 experiences I would not recommend this store

The living room sofa recliner needed servicing within 5-6 months. No problem as technician arrived within THIRTY-FIVE days and made repair. A separate issue with the recliner was not in this tech's area of expertise, so he recommended calling the store. Someone came to inspect, but I didn't hear anything back. My salesperson moved on. Calls were made 2-3 times weekly. I finally made a trip to the store late October '24. An agreement was made to replace the sofa and recliner for a bit of an upcharge as "that one is no longer in stock." My furniture was to be delivered tomorrow, but I received a call from Furniture Row informing me that the order came in wrong ‍. The manager actually asked me if I would accept a manual reclining sofa, or would I prefer waiting TWO MORE weeks. Christmas is 2 weeks away, I am hosting guests and I am yet dealing with this. Very disappointed!!!
