The best approach to this machine is don't take no for an answer. You sometimes have to reinsert your bottle a couple of times as it will regurgitate for no reason before it digests. The other frustration is getting there when no one else is around. Otherwise, you not only join a queue you have to listen to others getting cranky. As for the "return", it does purport to have PayPal but it is not an easy task. It is just better to take the voucher and cash it in when you do your groceries.
