Building exterior, parking and streets are maintained, in good condition nd not in disrepair. Streets and parking allow for ample room if you are towing. The coin and card readers don't work on most of those either. If you're lucky to find one that will start, it won't have hot water or it won't spin or something else will be wrong. When you tell the staff they act like it's your fault or that you're mistaken. The change machines don't work, card or cash. Many of the dryers are broken too but for the few that work, not sure it matters if you can't wash. Seriously, hand washing everything would be a better option. I usually want to root for the small business owner but when there's this many things wrong and the staff is rude... nah. The good reviews must all be from friends/family. Don't waste your time here.
