I only wish that I could give Kim one less star. I chose her because of her "Super Lawyer" standing. I'm not sure what planet that is on, but it certainly isn't earth. All Kim cared about was being able to bill for my retainer fee. My wife and I meticulously prepared ALL of her documents, where she had almost not real work to do than to write a letter regarding my disability claim. I would have been better served flushing my $4,000 down the toilet... at least I wouldn't have wasted anymore of my time. Republic Services DID discriminate against me, and ultimately terminated me for my disability. I excelled in sales with them, won a region sales contest, and had ample proof that I was performing my job quite well. Today, I'm glad to be away from there. My mental health suffered greatly while there, wondering what additional bs they were going to throw my way. This isn't about Republic Services, though. This is about paying an attorney to do a job for you, that ONLY cares about cashing your check! I would not recommend Kim and her staff for any legal work related to wrongful termination, EEOC complaints, or disability related lawsuits. She is not this "Super Lawyer" that she portrays on her website. read more
