He told us that he wouldn't ask for a downwards departure because it would knock just a month off the sentence. Which isn't true. A departure gives the judge leeway to sentence below the mandatory miminal. He never gave us the discovery in the second case. Always had lies and excuses of why he wouldn't release it..
