Enviroment: Quiet not too busy during lunch. Food: They give you the free fried mini eggrolls. It's the frozen kind you buy from a bag. -The duck was a little bit on the fatty. This didn't bother me much, except for the fact that the duck was old. You can tell that it's been sitting out for a few days because when it's pretty dry when they re-fry it. In the end there, are better choices for Asian food in Germering. I feel sorry for the people who think the sushi is great here.

Since moving to this area in 2013 we've been ordering from this place at least 5 times a year,…read moreprobably even more often. The sushi is very good, the rice has a great flavor (other restaurants in the area that shall remain unnamed have had the blandest sushi ever, and people claiming it was great which is mind boggling to me) it's the right ratio of vinegar and sugar. The rice is super important in sushi. So I 100% recommend the sushi though sometimes the seaweed on the side tends to "burst" a little bit. It's still way better than other restaurants in the area we tried. For the "warm" dishes, so anything besides sushi, there sometimes is a variation in quality. There has been times where the autumn rolls (Herbstrollen) were a little dark. But not inedible in any way. Besides fried food the same dish on different days can taste a little different, which isn't a bad thing, but sometimes on some rare occasions the fried rice for example is not flavorful enough and tastes bland. But that's not the norm. Maybe there's several chefs working there, or maybe something else happened so I don't think that should be blown too much out of proportion. I just wanted to mention it. Some of the curry bases and so on apparently come pre made, so there's not really any variation there. In conclusion: it can be a little hit and miss, but it's NEVER horrible or extremely inedible. Because some members of our household can't eat certain things, they've been very accommodating in for example alternating the fried rice and leaving out the egg, which I very much appreciate. The restaurant was always busy, when it came to delivery orders, which was only amplified in 2020. So for us, if there ever were any delays in the order arriving we handled it with understanding. I can recommend doing the pickup yourself as an alternative.
