The staff are friendly and helpful, and always have the best recommendations if you're overwhelmed with all the choices in the menu. The food is so flavorful and enriching that it makes me home-sick, and the dish is decorated beautifully to take an instagram-worthy pic. The preparations are all smothered in sweet sauce and mayo that isn't listed on the menu description for the dish. The rice was old and dry. It's - just not sushi. Worse - they have displays all over the restaurant with slide shows of nice fish, real wasabi root, elegant rolls - none of it is in the restaurant. We have better sushi at the grocery store in Los Angeles.
