She instantly made me feel comfortable in front of the camera in both photo shoots. Tatiana was able to capture my essence and personality in the photos. I deeply appreciated the amount of precision she applied to every shot. Before snapping a picture, she noticed a strand of hair in my face and politely asked me to move it behind my ear. After working with Tatiana on two photo shoots, I knew that I wanted to hire her to capture every magical moment on my wedding. That big day came this past May. Tatiana arrived early to the venue. She made sure to take all the "getting ready" photos (of my matrons of honor helping me put on my dress and shoes, and my dress and shoes on a customized hanger with my new surname). She captured the love, laughter and magic as my husband and I exchanged our handwritten vows and rings during the garden ceremony. Truly one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I've ever had…read more I booked a spring photo shoot with my dog for Saturday morning and planned everything in advance -- grooming, hair, makeup, timing -- the whole thing. Sehee completely forgot about the shoot. I waited, called, and texted with no response, only for her to eventually call me back and casually say she had just woken up. When I asked what I should do, instead of taking accountability or trying to fix the situation, she asked to reschedule for the next day -- when it was supposed to rain, which is exactly why I carefully planned for today. At that point, I was already out time, money, and effort -- standing there fully ready with my freshly groomed dog -- for absolutely nothing. To make things worse, about an hour later she posted on Instagram that she was late to another photoshoot because she had partied too hard watching Coachella, but said it was "worth it." That is beyond disrespectful and completely unacceptable behavior for someone running a business. This was not just an inconvenience -- it was careless, unprofessional, and honestly insulting as a paying client. I expect a full refund immediately. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking here if reliability and basic professionalism matter to you.

I found Caitlin while browsing through Craig's list and eventually found the great reviews she has on her Yelp page. I immediately sent her an email for a quote and she responded the same day. She gave me a very affordable rate and even added a student discount at my request. We emailed back and forth regarding my ideas for the shoot and logistics of the day. A few days before the shoot I realized that I gave her the wrong date (Tuesday instead of Wednesday). She kindly moved her schedule around to accommodate me for Wednesday. On graduation day, she was on time and very professional. We took pictures at Central Park with my family. She was very patient and open to ideas. Afterwards, it took a bit longer than I hoped to get the pictures (about a week), but they came out very nice. Everybody--friends and family alike--and myself loved them.
