Updating an earlier Review:…read more We revisited South Springs Dental, during which my wife did get the cleaning she did not receive before. She was pleased with the Hygienist she had this time, and it was a good overall experience. We do use a Dental Discount Plan, which names South Springs as a plan member, and the pricing they quoted for advanced services was indeed discounted. So, perhaps our initial experience was just due to short staffing, training and new system software. Glad we gave them another chance.

I've always had a rough experience with this dentist. With having to come back multiple times for…read morebotched fillings and pain from them. A hole was also drilled in my mouth by mistake during a filling and nothing was said. When I got home and the numbing wore off and I looked in my mouth I could see an almost dime-size hole in the back of my mouth. There was also a wad of bloody gauze by the hole, so clearly they knew they injured me but said nothing. It was painful and difficult to eat anything for a few days. The staff (Dr. Fraizer & assistant) never said anything while I was there and I had to call myself and tell them, and they didn't even believe me until I emailed a photo to them. Ever since Dr. Frazier left it has gotten much worse than it already was. There has always been a high turnover rate in staff since I have been a patient there. There is a new face every time I come, so there is never the same person working on my teeth. It's an unsettling feeling as someone who already has anxiety about the dentist. At my most recent 6 month cleaning I didn't see the doctor until over an hour after my appointment time. I was there in total over an hour and a half. The doctor, hygienists, and assistants were bouncing between patients the whole time I was there. During my exam I barely felt her scrape my teeth to remove plaque. And once I got home and looked at my teeth to no surprise there was still a high percentage of plaque left on my teeth. At least when Dr. Fraizer was there she cleaned my teeth thoroughly. This place is unprofessional and exams are rushed. Thankfully I'm moving soon so I won't have to come back to this place. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Typically I'm not one to complain but this is the worst dental experience I've had in my life.

Need to see a Dentist as I was visiting from out of town and needed something checked. Made an…read moreonline appointment on Friday and was confirmed via text same day, despite the office being closed. They confirmed the appointment several times including day of. Easy access to get to the office and they are right off the elevator. Nice lobby and was greeted upon entry and given the normal new patient routine. Got called back before finishing things on the iPad and got to finish while talking about what was going on. Petra (so sorry about spelling) was such a sweetheart. And the dentist was a delight too. I already forgot his name. Tisk tisk. Anyhoo the exam went fine and I appreciate that he gave recommendations for next steps as I wouldn't be returning to this office for the repair. I was pleased with the level of service and ease of making and appointment.

My original dentist retired so I was forced to seek another provider. I am ECSTATIC that this…read morehappened because there so so many impressive aspects of this practice. They are the nicest group of people I have ever encountered. They use the latest technology that includes all of them wearing ear pieces so that everyone is aware of what is happening at every point of the patient visits. I am one of those people who has a horrible gag reflex when getting bite wing X-rays and I also have a pretty thick tori which gives rise to my need for their latest technically. The office is beautiful too. Need I say more?

Everyone we see is sweet, listens to us, and makes great suggestions for improvement. We had been to 4 other dentists in this area, trying to find good ones, and now I feel confident when I go there. They gently point out areas that I'm neglecting, and that really helps. It's not the least expensive dentist we could go to, but this is where I feel safe!

There are many fine dental offices in Southern Colorado competing for our mega-bucks. The doctors…read moreat this office are highly competent and caring. I trust them completely. They deserve a 5 star rating. But an office is only so good as the back office staff. When we're spending many $thousands on anything, in this case our mouths, it would seem we deserve competent billing. Today, I was charged ($$$) for the second time, for my doctor's review and confirmation of his original diagnosis from the last visit, for which I was also charged ($$$). No work was done on my teeth then or today. I have two dental plans, both of which cover 100% of diagnostic examinations. I questioned why I was being billed again for covered services, pointing to the patient record on their screen verifying the insurance coverage. The response was an argument. Then, as I prepared to leave, I was required to pay *in advance* for dental work which may or may not be done at my next visit. (!!) Other medical billers will make a phone to verify coverage. Not here. They bill you. This is unfortunate. The doctors at Premier Dental deserve more competent support. So do we, the patients.
