The same ridiculous amount of food could have been served on separate plates and the experience would have been incomparable, so Kudos to Maximilians for producing a memorable presentation.
The food was so overwhelming in variety that I didn't stop to separate the meats, potatoes, veggies, and noodles. The butter in the middle seemed out of place for me, and I accidentally took a bite too. The corn, pork chop, and beans to me were amazing. Flavorful and plentiful! However, the dish suffered from rather bland noodles. I have to agree with a friend that without dousing some meats in the gravy, you wouldn't taste much.
For drinks, I ordered the latte macchiato and that was pretty standard and good. I definitely appreciated the cookie that came with it.
