I was a tenant who had multiple issues with the property that were health and safety code violations. This woman would go days without responding to severe issues that affected habitability for my family. She took our rent check but when our home was flooded with raw sewage and we were left without ANY plumbing for multiple days (the mainline backed up) she didn't get it fixed, she didn't even return our calls. when calls were FINALLY returned, she told me that we should have been able to "deal with it for a couple of days".
