He could not get the spare tire down. All of the tools were in the pick up that were necessary. He sent my son on down the road with a bubbled tire and 30# of air. Tire blew. When I called him he told me he couldn't do anything without the right fucking tools. When I told him the tools were all in the pick up and my son could get them he called me a "retarded cunt ass bitch." Two thumbs down for this jack wagon.
