It's truthfully not appealing at all when you walk in and there's no sink in the therapy room so she had to use a bowl with water to clean up. I've received plenty of facials before and I know the procedure/environment and this location just seemed a bit "you get what you pay for" which is true and fine. This location is more of a medical/acupuncture office so it's not exactly the most relaxing environment. Don't expect a spa because it's not, or a relaxing area, more of a get in get out place. Again, my review is as an overall experience. Nothing against Martha or her knowledge, because she did a great job. For years, Amy was the only person I trusted with my threading, and the results have always been great. Because my skin is so sensitive, threading can sometimes be uncomfortable, so I was especially grateful that on my most recent visit, Amy was very gentle and made the experience more comfortable than usual. Recently, Amy wasn't available, so I reluctantly decided to have Humera do my brows, and I'm so glad I did! She was incredibly gentle, careful and precise.
